Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

Payment:

We accept credit card payments through our secure Paypal Shopping Cart.
Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction tt your own currency.
We also accept payment by cheque or postal orders from customers within the United Kingdom.
Email us with details of the items you require and they will be withdrawn from the site and regarded as sold pending the arrival of your payment.

Please make cheques payable to Mr P Keeling. Orders will be despatched upon clearance of cheque.

Delivery Schedule:

We will endeavour to send your goods immediately but as many of our items are hand made we will let you know if there will be a slight delay.

Privacy Policy:

Any information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We retain the information you provide when ordering and any e-mail correspondance for administration purposes only.


Returns Policy - Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged, whichever you prefer. Please contact us via the website and return the goods by mail to our correspondence address which will be included in your package. We will refund your postage costs and arrange the replacement / refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Kindly note that in order for a refund of postage costs to be arranged, a postage receipt from the post office must be obtained
